Selzer vs. Club Soda vs. Tonic Water vs. Sparkling Water

What is included

– Carbonator 60 l SodaStream
– 3 AAA
batteries – 1 litre free recyclable bottle BPA
– starter pack with 3 flavours

How do I use item?

The KitchenAid soft drink maker is very easy to use and efficient thanks to its click mechanism and carbonated handle.

  1. Fill the soda bottle with water.
  2. It’s connected to the soda-flux by a snap-in mechanism.
  3. Press the carbonation lever until you reach the desired level.
  4. Take the bottle out and pour it in.

Refills

The soft drink manufacturer KitchenAid uses 60-litre carbonators which, as the name suggests, can carbonate about 60 litres of water (although most users say about 50 litres). Empty carbonators can be exchanged for full carbonators at various stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco, Target etc. To find a dealer nearby… Each exchange costs $14.99, but there are cheaper options to do it yourself.

Our rating

This SodaStream from KitchenAid is a truly unique high-end soft drink vending machine that we warmly recommend to anyone willing to pay above average prices. In fact, world soda ash production is in the range of about $15 to $274, with this machine clearly at the top of the spectrum. Now that the Neat Kold costs > 300 dollars, the only comparable soda machine is the SodaStream Penguin (it is difficult to compare these two machines with other features, because the latter has the shape of a penguin).

KitchenAid SodaStream Grey Now that we’ve established that KitchenAid soft drink makers are more expensive than other gas machines, the question remains: Is it worth the price? The first-class properties are certainly a strong argument in favour of their purchase. KitchenAid SodaStream is probably the largest producer of effervescent water. It is made of metal, is also produced in the United States and with a weight of almost 20 pounds is proof of good, strong and efficient U.S. production. The quality of this device is confirmed by the amazing feedback from users, almost all of whom have no problems with the device, while everyone appreciates its quality. So if you buy that soda machine, it will probably be the last one you need to justify a high initial investment.

And that’s not all, this KitchenAid SodaStream is one of the easiest to use. In fact, a click mechanism is used, which means that the bottle is simply pushed into place and not twisted, as is the case with some products. It also uses a single lever to carbonate the water, while most other manufacturers of effervescent water have buttons that need to be pressed several times. It’s not much, but it’s a bit more pleasant to use, which can increase after hundreds of requests. It also has a carbonation counter that can help you achieve the perfect level of carbonation every time. The KitchenAid Spark Beverling Beverage Maker really stands out for its incredible quality and design. It is by far the most powerful machine for the production of effervescent water offered by any company (most others are made of plastic, while this Kitchenaid machine has a premium cast metal housing). Moreover, unlike most other soda ash models, it is produced in the USA. It’s clear that the SodaStream device from KitchenAid with all these features will serve you well for a long time to come, as evidenced by the excellent customer feedback on the device and the few problems users experience. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s easy to use thanks to the click mechanism and carbonation lever, caresses the water quickly and fits perfectly in modern kitchens.

However, it is more expensive than almost all other soda water producers, and only now the modified Keurig Kold is more expensive. For a price of more than $200 you really have to be willing to invest in this machine, because there are many other machines that almost as well do the same work for a fraction of the price (for example, SodaStream Genesis has also received good reviews for only $90).

However, when the price is not taken into account, we believe that the KitchenAid soda machine is the best machine for the production of carbonated water on the market today. No other carbonated water producer has achieved this durability and it is far superior to the best carbonated water producers in terms of user-friendliness and appearance. So, if you’re willing to pay a large advance, this soda man will pay for himself many times in his life. Make sure it fits on your desk!

What does the other numbersay?

KitchenAid SodaStream has received rave reviews from users who have appreciated its durability, ease of use and design. Despite the fact that some people warned that the machine was very large and could make a lot of noise while having problems with the chilled water, the vast majority of consumers really appreciated their machine and thought it did its job almost perfectly.

I find my soda nice and sparkling, and I’m disappointed that it came out. If I don’t press it right away, the soda will dissolve quickly, no matter what I do, like making sure the lid is properly closed. Looks like the carbonation will be gone in a few hours. I don’t see what I’m doing wrong, so I don’t recommend buying it.

I tried SodaStream, but I felt like it was one of those products that gives you customer service: Request a low price in advance and then really make a profit by replenishing the stock. We drink gallons of sparkling water at my house, so I’m tired of paying $15 for refills. They had to buy an adapter to be able to use other CO2 tanks.

My new KitchenAid carbonator takes out a 20 oz. paintball can. With this location, KitchenAid makes more financial sense and it is not only more convenient to make good quality sparkling water yourself.

This KitchenAid is a beautiful product that I have prepared for use on the kitchen counter. It costs more than the SodaStream, but I took the risk because KitchenAid has a good reputation. But after six months of daily use, I was confronted with problems. KitchenAid customer service sent me to the website to schedule a repair service. But my local service provider never touched him! So KitchenAid sent a replacement that works perfectly.

I have to say that I am satisfied with KitchenAid’s customer service. Simply fill out your 1-year warranty card and return it with a new purchase, and you won’t have any problems if you have any.

I like that the cook’s box is made of metal. You can apply so much pressure that you don’t want the plastic container presented to you to explode. All in all, everything looks good and works as promised. The carbon layer of the water is light and smooth.

Instructions are included, keep them handy. I have noticed that, as simple as it sounds, one must first learn to read the INSTRUCTIONS quickly. Now I can quickly carbonate everything I need and the soda stays in the fridge for a long time if the lid is closed properly.

Other tips: Use only clean, filtered water to avoid blockages or unsightly mineral deposits. Use a glass of ice instead of trying to drink directly from the bottle. Personally, I like to add a little pomegranate juice and then pour it into an ice glass. The effervescent taste is enhanced.

My family drinks soda all the time, so the price has gotten too high. There were other problems, such as a large amount of flat soda going down the drain. The purchased KitchenAid can use a 120-litre CO2 cartridge, so it seemed appropriate to us.

My new KitchenAid carbonator takes out a 20 oz. paintball can. It could even be 24 ounces, but I haven’t tried it yet. With this location, KitchenAid makes more financial sense and it is not only more convenient to make good quality sparkling water yourself.

I like it! This machine looks good, looks good and is easy to use. People who like sparkling water, but who count their pennies, will not only appreciate that it is cheaper to make their own water, but also that they save money on gas and time to go to the shop. I bought 20 ounces. A CO2 paintball bottle and a spare bottle so you don’t suddenly run away. Too bad he can’t take 24 or more.

First I bought my sodashrim car, and I liked it. So we decided to buy a kitchen help car because we thought it would last much longer and work better.
I was disappointed when I used them side by side and carbonated the water from the soda creek better, I don’t know why. I used both cars at the same time and treated them with carbon dioxide at the same time. Sodastream works better. I’ve tried it 15 to 20 times, I put a new bottle of C02 in Kitchen Aid to make sure it had good press. It hasn’t changed a bit. Now I understand why you might find them for sale.

That’s the fourth soda I’ve bought. I thought it was the last one. Unfortunately, it’s broken.

Try to find someone at Kitchen Aid who can give you the right room number. Call Soda Stream, for example. Soda Creek says the kitchen help is calling them.
is really disappointed in both companies.

This carbonator is not cheap, but it does have a number of advantages over the SodaStream. You don’t have to screw the bottle in, it is put in place by simple pressure. In addition, the KitchenAid vesion has a solid construction in contrast to cheap plastic soda streams. Take them with you if you plan to use a new soda for a longer period of time.
